With twenty years experience in the music industry, and a background in live music promotion, Stuart is now focused on developing repertoire solutions that enable the efficient distribution of revenue to rightsholders and performers.

He’s been involved with RDx, the industry data portal for the supply and exchange of performance rights repertoire data between record companies and music licensing companies, from its design right through to a successful launch, as well as the ongoing management of the service on behalf of IFPI and WIN. He represents PPL on both the IPO-chaired Metadata Education Working Group, set up following the DCMS Select Committee’s Inquiry into the Economics of Music Streaming, and the DDEX Recording Data & Rights Working Group.
