Danny Ryan is Managing Director of Kudos Records, an independent physical and digital distribution company based in Kentish Town, London. Kudos distributes for over 500 labels, representing a diverse range of genres from Soul, Funk, and Jazz to house, electronica, ambient and drone.

Danny's career spans four decades, starting as a sales clerk at Tower Records in New York. After holding a number of sales & label management positions, he founded Kudos in 1992 to provide distribution services to the emerging, 'producer run', electronica and house labels of the time.

In January 2023, Kudos became an Employee Owned Enterprise.
