Aine has worked in the creative and cultural industries for over 20 years. Starting her career working in Television and film. Moving away from TV and film, Aine took her experience into Creative & Cultural Skills (CCS), helping to develop the right training and opportunities for those looking to work in the creative industries. Aine was part of the team that developed and led the first Apprenticeships for this industry. Aine is now part of the senior leadership team at Blue Raincoat Music / Chrysalis Records where she has worked for over 6 years. An alumni of the Music Leaders Network, Aine is passionate about supporting the next generation of the music industry.
